An Innovation to Construction Fastening Processes

TempFast fasteners is bringing to market an old fastening concept with a new twist. This revolutionary fastener is a double headed 3- 1/2 inch nail combine with a 4-inch piece of tie wire pre attached in parallel to the nail. This fastener is guaranteed to increase production and cut your budget. TempFast took the most popular and most versatile fastening concept and combine it with a bit of ingenuity. That resulted in our new concrete fastener being 95% faster and 250% cheaper. Containing a large intrinsic valuation of scheduled advancement as a plus.

The TempFast concrete fastener is based on a carpentry technique widely used for construction fastening. This technique is known as Wire nailing, a method that involves drilling a hole through a material and into concrete using a hammer drill, inserting a piece of rebar tie wire, and driving a 16D duplex nail into the hole. The tie wire acts as a pinching agent, creating a strong holding force between the concrete hole and the nail.

While highly effective, the current wire nailing process is slow and tedious. Carpenters must locate pliers and wire, cut the wire to size, place it in the hole, and finally drive the nail. This back-and-forth process is time-consuming and inefficient, even though it is a preferred method for temporarily securing materials to concrete.

One reason it is popular is that wire nailing is cheaper than alternatives, such as concrete screws, from a materials cost perspective. However, the TempFast innovation streamlines this process, eliminating inefficiencies while retaining strong, temporary fastening capabilities.
